Step 1 – You will fill out a booking form. Once we check the availability of requested services, we will email you the list of options for booking. 

Step 2 – Complete provisional booking and make a payment.

We offer several payment options:

• Use bank transfers to pay your bill in UAH, USD, EUR, or RUB
• Pay with your credit card using PayPal and Privat24
• Pay with Web Money
• Pay with cash in our company’s office

The payment for accommodation should be made no later than two days before the check-in date; otherwise, the company San Voyage cannot guarantee the availability of the booked apartments for the check-in date.

Step 3 – Receive a booking confirmation.

Voucher issued by the company San Voyage is your booking confirmation and guarantees availability of the apartments you selected.

! If you cancel the reservation earlier than two days before the check-in date, you will receive a full refund. If you do not check-in or cancel the reservation less than two days prior to arrival, fines will be applied and payment for the first night withheld.
